Claire Eliot is a designer and researcher exploring the potentials of flexible materials when the thread that composes its weave is electronic.
Questioning our current digital interfaces, she designs new types of communicative surfaces: reactive flexible materials born from the meeting of artisanal know-how and electronic sciences.
Trained in fashion at Duperré and in design at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, she seeks to create more links between the world of creation and digital technologies. Attracted by the new possibilities opening up to the world of textiles, her projects are both art objects and research instruments.
